Furnace Repair Service
When you need a heating repair service to get your family or your business toasty and back on track, call us. Our HVAC technicians are available around the clock to repair, replace or install all types of furnaces, including:
- Gas furnaces
- Electric furnaces
- Propane furnaces
While many furnace problems can be easily repaired with a simple service call, the units themselves do have an average lifespan of about 15-20 years, and if yours is getting up there in age, it may be time to look at replacing it. Getting a new, energy-efficient, propane furnace can actually save you in energy bills and less repairs than trying to continually cope with your older, inefficient model.
However, when you call us for furnace repair, we will always opt to fix it rather than sell you a new one, wherever possible. In most cases, we are able to make the needed repairs that will extend its life, even when our competitors have told you otherwise. We offer free second opinions and assessments when you’ve been given a quote from another heating company; just give us a call!
We are committed to giving you the highest quality of service on every furnace repair job we do, and will strive to give you the best value for your dollar. Whether you’re a homeowner or a property manager, we understand that you’ve got a budget to operate off of, and we strive to stay within it. Give us a call to experience the highest level of quality for affordable rates!
Some ways you can extend the life of your furnace are by getting annual tune ups (ask our technicians how to sign up!), and changing the furnace filter monthly. When your furnace’s filter gets clogged, it lowers the efficiency of the unit by preventing proper airflow.
Other tips to save money on your heating costs would be to install a thermostat that is programmable, so you can customize the settings on it. Then keep your thermostat set to 68 degrees, and when you leave the house, or at night, set it to 60 degrees. If you aren’t sure if your thermostat is compatible with these, just ask us! We’re happy to install a digital thermometer for you if you need one.
